This morning at 5am, we launched the first Ground Zero session under the Badger Cave banner. The theme? Execution Over Applause. But what unfolded cracked open something deeper — something I didn’t fully expect.
The power of communication, feedback, and being witnessed by a trusted community is heavily underestimated.
In that dark, quiet hour — before the noise of the world kicked in — a handful of us showed up not for hype, but for truth. We spoke openly. We listened harder. We sharpened one another.
